• Collection Site Network Management: Maintains and dispatches donors to a network of certified local or national collection sites (clinics, mobile collectors, or occupational health centers).
• Test Ordering and Scheduling: Coordinates the paper chain-of-custody forms (CCFs) and schedules specific collection types (urine, hair, oral fluid/saliva, or breath alcohol).
• Vendor and Collector Coordination: Connects employers with certified specimen collectors and Breath Alcohol Technicians (BATs).
• Chain-of-Custody Tracking: Ensures proper collection protocols are followed so samples are sealed, labeled, and shipped securely to certified laboratories.
• Logistical Liaison: Acts as the single point of contact between the collection site, the employer, and downstream entities (like the lab or Medical Review Officer) if collection-stage discrepancies or refusal-to-test issues occur.
• Consolidated Billing: Bundles the costs of various collection sites and providers into a single, unified invoice for the employer
