We offer collection services, program management, policy and program review, training, supervisor certification, collection site review, 24/7 support for our clients, and follow up programs. We manage and administrate DOT regulated Drug and Alcohol random testing programs. OMS Compliance coordinates all random draws throughout the year to meet the regulatory requirements of whatever DOT or NONDOT AGENCY is required. Our software program generates random draws, that allows OMS Compliance to manage the tight parameters for the minimum number of tests to meet regulatory requirements, including but not limited to pre-employment, randoms, follow up, return to duty, and post accidents. Every OMS Compliance staff member is DOT certified and enjoys going above and beyond for our cliental and also offers audit support.

Already apart of a Third Party Administration that you love! No problem, we have the ability to be a third party collection agent for your business, without ever seeing the results of your donor. Ensuring 100% confidentiality. We can and will hold your chain of custody forms, alleviating the need for your donor to hand carry them into office each visit.
